@dorma
I have been dealing with nausea and feeling full, no appetite for 3 years.
Initially I had other GI symptoms that were caused by celiac artery stenosis (caused by MALS- another story). After a stent was placed most symptoms disappeared except for those associated with nausea. My GI did an endoscopy to check for signs of cancer- none seen.
I had a gastric emptying test- normal.
I have also lost weight.
This week I saw my GI again and he said that even though the gastric emptying test was normal, there still could be a problem. Now I’m trying to take Regan twice a day before meals. There seems to be an improvement. Regan is used for nausea and it speeds up the stomach emptying.
Last year I had a couple of weeks of intense nausea and I was bedridden for a week. That was different. I thought it was associated with “ gravel” in my bile duct. No gallbladder. One day it was better. If I have another episode like that my GI wants to see me at once do they can look at the bile duct.
Did you have a gastric emptying test? It tests for possible gastroparesis.

@astaingegerdm I was diagnosed with gastroparesis a few years ago. To be honest; it appears my doctor just doesn't care. Having to wait three months for an endoscopy when I'm having issues seems a bit extreme.
