Before I knew I had COPD, I was losing weight but put it down to a new stress in my life. I now have read that breathing with COPD takes extra energy therefore the weight loss.

@natureisgreat yes, I have lost a great amount and it is very frightening to me. I can’t seem to put it back on and I really don’t know what to do about it. Everyone keeps saying eat, eat and they just don’t understand that I can’t eat like a normal person would. 🤷♀️
