Are you takeing METHYLCOBALAMIN.
Seniors absorb less B12 because they have less stomach acid. I am 83 , take B12 and have no neuralgia now. Last year I suffered TRYGEMINAL neuralgia. Pain was terrible. On the internet I figured out how to fix.
