@wilkenl Hi I’ve heard also vitamin K. If possible share a mg dosage you follow. Definitely vitamin D and testing your level is easy with a usual blood panel if doc will write it. TU

@dskibba The Nordic Naturals gummies have 45 mcg of Vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7. I take one a day. The gummies also have D3 (Cholecalciferol) 25 mcg (1000 IU). Altogether, I take 2,000 to 3,000 IU of D per day, including one by Rx from my endocrinologist. Also consider eating 5 to 6 prunes per day, as they have been shown to preserve bone health. Nuts and seeds, too, are super important for the many bone-building nutrients they provide (calcium, magnesium, boron, copper, selenium (in Brazil nuts, but don't eat more than two, as you can overdose), and zinc.
