Thanks for your detailed suggestions.
I eat a clean diet and since July have chosen to eat Whole Food Plant Based exclusively which is no added sugar, no saturated fats, no meat fish dairy or alcohol. High in cruciferous veg and beans! Lots of tofu and lentils for protein!

I have been eating a plant based healthy diet for 8 years; I still got neuropathy in a matter of about 8 to 10 weeks last year. I ate very little processed foods. I think a healthy diet is important, but it really does not explain why we got it in the first place, unless you are deficient in some vitamins or minerals or have B6 toxicity. Always supplement B12 if vegan.

@mtstack Sounds like you've established a great diet that works for you. I was only diagnosed two months ago. I've gone from barely walking with miserable pain to walking with little aid with tolerable pain. I owe it 90% to diet(and quitting drinking) and exercise of course.
