Successful HoLEP Update 11/7/25- 4 wks:
Recovery is going well. No leakage, no diapers or pads. Had sex last night, but it ended w/o orgasm when I leaked fluid during hand job. It did not smell like urine nor semen. Not sure what it was. Pre cum? Will try again and post what happens.

@azmith That is amazing. I am over 11 months and still leaking. I wear liners. I wore diapers for 8 months. Started with 6 to 7 per day and worked down to just liners. Did kegel exercises for 9 months but quit because it wasn’t improving my leaking. Looks like I will always be using liners.
