@max102, if your friend can't sleep on a different pillow, you might also consider raising the top of the bed or mattress. How is your friend doing? Whe does she start treatment?

Thank you very much, Colleen.
My friend is unable to sleep in any other position than essentially leaning forward. Even when sitting straight, after 5-6 minutes she starts coughing and almost choking on mucus, and has to spit it out. She has been "sleeping" like this last three weeks. She is completely exhausted.
Just finished the first chemo treatment.
Dealing with high sugar levels and adjusting the tube feed formula and insulin doses.
