FYI, for a man receiving 20-fraction EBRT for prostate cancer for example, the risk of developing another cancer from the radiation is about 1% (range ~0.5–2%) over the next 10–20 years, depending on age, technique, and follow-up time.

@stew80 And how high is it for someone who does not receice it? Or is it 0.5-2 percentage points higher?
