When I had the BCG treatments, there was still blood in my urine. When there was a lot, they paused the treatments a week or so, then continued. I did not have any significant side effects during the BCG treatments. I am not sure why these treatments did not work for me. Perhaps the blood in the urine may have been an indicator that the tumor(s) were still in control?
