@robe1018, I’m so sorry to hear this. I know dizziness is a common side effect of Tymlos.
May I ask: were you taking the full dose, or were you taking a smaller dose and titrating up?
I ask because I’ve read here that women will go down a click or two until the side effect subsided.

@robe1018, you mentioned you tried stopping another medication, was there any improvement? Have you been in contact with your provider to see if this side-effect is a known issue or not?

Dizziness is especially concerning for people with OP ! If we lose our balance, we could have a fall and quite possibly a fracture—the very issue most concerning to OP patients ! If it was me, I’d get medical help.. best of luck !
