My dad's been diagnosed in aug 2025 and we started with Nalirifox. After 4 chemos he started feeling more nauseous and weak. The doctor said as compared to other he has taken it pretty well and that as positive that the PET CT would reflect the same. However it was opposite. His ca19 when diagnosed was 22k which is not 50k. His ggt is 600 above. The doctor has advised for second line of treatment Gemcitabine and abraxane but only when GGT comes down to range of 200-300. We do not want to go for this. From the NGS report we found that there is capza2met found which is the main driver of his cancer. And the other genes are less reactive to chemo drugs. We are thinking that we skip the second like of treatment and start with Crizotinib which is the MET inhibitor tried and tested for MET driver cancer in lungs cancer. Has anyone tried or know someone who can share their experience or thoughts on this ? It would be if great help.
