Welcome @mcalpine, I haven't seen the video but it's more than likely an AI fake. There are many of them, especially on Facebook - https://malwaretips.com/blogs/natural-diabetes-cure-scam-exposed/.
The SugarWise Pro supplement pictured in the discussion appears to be using a name similar to the "SugarWise" certified products - https://sugarwise.org/sugarwise-products/. I noticed that the product picture in the discussion description is no longer available on Amazon which I'm guessing is because quite a few of the reviews mentioned it's a scam and doesn't work.

@mcalpine I agree with @johnbishop. These days you can’t trust anything on the internet because of AI. There is a video going around also, of our Prime Minister Mark Carney promoting a get rich quick scheme with an initial investment of $350! There is no way he would do something like this either.
