If you’re asking me what I am taking Orgovyx and Darolutamide is the answer. Darolutamide has been really great. I was on Zytiga For 2 1/2 years before it and was only undetectable one month.

When you described what you were encountering with PC I wondered why you were not on chemo.
Now I see you are on docetaxel, I hope that does take care of your latest issues and gives you a number of years of remission. From the reduction in SUV values you mentioned it sounds like things are working.

Yes, it goes into remission for many people. I’ve been in remission for probably three or four years, Hard to say exactly since I got a metastasis on my spine while on Zytiga. Had it zapped.
In some cases, it actually becomes dormant for many years.

Well we will see take it one day at a time. My oncologist wants to do an additional 2 infusions which will be 8 to be sure. I'm not sure about radiation; in the beginning he mentioned radiation and immune therapy.
Just want to ask a question. I've posted a couple questions on mayo clinic. I haven't been getting any responses; did I get booted off for some reason.

I noticed at least one message you posted that I thought you were replying to the person that was asking an original question. As a result, I didn’t respond to it.
Maybe you were just not posing your question like you want an answer.
So you still on a shot and ADT? Do you ever go remission?
So both are tablets not injections.
@asolidrock
Correct Orgovyx and Darolutamide are pills. You take Orgovyx Once a day and Darolutamide Twice a day.
