So tired of it

the crap doesnt stop Im being ripped off by the dentist. Paid for two night splints that I wear over my teeth to ease the pressure of grinding my teeth. they didnt and still dont fit. the dentist made me another that did fit , ( she says she made it for free). That one hasnt lasted but a couple of months and has snapped. made me another she charged me 200.00 for it If I refuse she could sue me. I fear going anywhere for another one incase of the same issue. I need a night splint , grinding my teeth causes migraines.

I’ve had a few guards made by my dentist and they were soft. Worked great. After they wore out, I’ve had 2 dentist recommend buying one online. You make it yourself. Pretty affordable. I may try it.

Buy them at WalMart for about $24. I think you put them in hot water and mold to fit over your teeth.

I have the same issue. I grind my teeth. My dentist made me a night guard. It is similar to what you would wear after having had braces. I've never heard of what you are speaking of. My devise would be almost impossible to break. Can you go to another dentist for a second opinion. Something sounds off.

I have they want to make me a new splint nearly $600.00 dont have that kind of money if it doesnt work, the dentist who made the splint that broke said I was taking it out the wrong way, pulling it out on one side ,should take it out from both sides . it is odd that this is the first time I have had this issue in the over 10 years she has made my splints.
