I have Epilepsy and also had frozen shoulder. First in my right and then in my left. Mine was not related in any way to my Epilepsy that does not mean what you have isn't. You do need to just get it checked out by your general doctor or your neurologist so they can diagnose it properly. I was not able to lift my arm or do anything at all. It was also extremely painful. If that is what you have there are several methods doctors can recommend that will help speed up the recovery. Mine unfortunately was pretty bad and lasted a long time. I went through many treatments including physical therapy but the only thing that worked for me was medical massages. Two of my sisters had it and one brother. All lasted different amounts of time and different types of therapy worked on some and not on others. I am the only one in my family that has Epilepsy. I'm so sorry you are experiencing this, but it is best to see a doctor.

I have had two frozen shoulders- no epilepsy or diabetes. One was fixed by basically ripping it to release whatever was frozen and the other with arthroscopy. First was in 2000 and second in 2005. Both fine after. Steroid shots and PT work for some, not everyone. It is a medical condition and a doc should be consulted.
