@jw9 Hi there. Thanks for your response and information/suggestions. I'm guessing that since I'm still in the investigation phase right now (don't know exactly what I have), the rhuemo WON'T be PCP b/c she may not be the right person? She still kindof is, but just not in name. Meanwhile, at her suggestion, I messaged my ortho and pain management guy and they both got back to me within close to 12 hrs. Still nothing from PCP LOL

I think you got your answer about a "PCP" who has not yet replied. I would just DIY...do it yourself and don't worry about who it is, just who helps you when you need it! If you need referrals because of a primary RA diagnosis it sounds like you have good care from your rheumatologist. There are many people who don't live anywhere near one, or other specialties.

This is another example of how people with autoimmune illness have to be creative and live outside the box!
