@gingerw , thank you. It sounds like a lot of things to juggle as far as diet. Have you heard of anyone trying Mom's Meals or meals from The Magic Kitchen (renal diet prepared meals delivered to the house)? Is there any hope of kidney numbers going up again (even a little?) I'm Really looking for something positive. Thank you!

@marsiey No, I haven't any experience with those types of meals, nor do I know anyone using them. Perhaps someone here will be able to chime in. For me, I have other dietary restrictions besides my kidney disease, so trying to combine everything like that might be a challenge using one of those plans.

Hydration, and monitoring what you eat will go a long way to help you get and keep control of your own disease process. Stay away from NSAIDs like Alleve and aspirin, watch calcium/sugar/sodium/phosphorous/potassium intake.
