@kdubois, Thanks for the information. I will try using my old pillow. The pain did start before I bought it, but I'm willing to give it a shot. The medication metabolization does would fit my character. I don't think I've ever received relief from Ibuprofen or Tylenol for headaches. I just assumed that it was a ploy for money and the people who think it work had the placebo effect. Although I do believe the meds my oral surgeon gave me did help reduce the pain in my gums. Gums and muscles are very different, however, and I will be sure to mention that to my doctors.

Thank you so much!

Frank, do not assume that because you do not have all of the symptoms another member noted that something does not fit you. Im curious about your moniker, why Frankthetank if your pretty thin? Also, if you are experiencing lightheadedness upon standing or with quick movements you're experiencing orthostatic hypotension or low blood pressure due to dehydration, low blood pressure due to your thin habitus, or you have something else going on requiring a workup. If you are having "blackout or fainting" with certain exercises your experiencing a vagal-vagus reaction to your compressing blood flow to your brain which causes the reaction. I suggest you stop that particular exercise before your hurt yourself. I hope you find some answers to your woes?
