@jessie1990 So what are you going to do from now until surgery. Live a life of exhaustion? Is that even physically possible? Is there anything else that you can do to minimize some of the stress right now?

@tomrennie nope I was attending cbt and anxiety management but they only lasted 6 weeks 1 class a week other then that I've noting to keep my mind busy I've been like this just before covid came every single day only break I get is when I sleep and like I said since all this happend I'm like on super overdrive
