Hi Cathy, I found out late yesterday that the PET scan showed High activity so the Dr. is scheduling me for a Bronchoscopy/Biopsy. He said he doesn't think it's more MAC disease because it grew too fast. It's either a new infection, inflammation or it is cancer. Thanks for responding to my post.Barbara

@bbeers I'm so sorry. I'm not too surprised since info I looked at indicated PET could bd positive with infections, too. I think your doc is trying to be very thorough.
