@mlor First, I'm sorry to hear what your husband is going through. I have the same neuropathy diagnosis as your husband which I've been dealing with for over 9 years. I am fortunate not to have pain, just numbness and poor balance. Early on, I would try many of the various promises out there that will work for those suffering with peripheral neuropathy. I have a collection of those items which I keep as a reminder to me what didn't work. After going to various top-notch doctors at various teaching hospitals, the common theme I heard is to try to keep walking and it could slow down progression. I wish you and your husband the best. Ed
