Right now I am on two medication‘s that lowers my immunity so I know I must be very very careful! I try very hard not to touch my face my nose my mouth that’s a good way of getting germs! Try to stay away from anyone that you think has something that you can catch! Also it can’t hurt to eat healthy foods. you have nothing to lose!!! Hope you feel better soon!!!
