@paul28 Hi Paul. Side effects have calmed significantly. Or...I'm just used to them. Hot flashes are much fewer and milder when they do occur. Joint stiffness is still noticeable but not painful as it was with the exception of right shoulder but there might be something else going on there. I'll give it a few more weeks and if still troublesome, I'll get to a sports doc to check it out. Had RO review the PET and it's not cancer so probably just arthritis. Loss of muscle tone is pretty obvious but walking and resistance bands are slowing down a full crash there. Other than that, other noticeable side effects are from IMRT (just completed 10/27) more so than ADT. You're right, it does get complicated. Wishing you well on your journey, too!

I can relate to all .... I think that our treatment plans have been nearly the same.
My problem has been right hip pain that causes an imbalance walking.
I hope you continue to improve!
