Exercising & working on leg strength helped me a huge amount. Before I started hitting the gym 5 days a week. I fell quite a few times. I do weights Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Tuesday & Thursday are Cardio. I started last November & have missed very few days. I have not fell down this year. Our yard is on a pretty steep ground & uneven working on is a challenge.
You have to put in the sweat time to make it work for you.

@frankmoore Great routine. I do about ten classes a week; a variety of cardio and strengthening. In your yard, you could use walking sticks.
