@lenorj Thank you so much for this. What changes have you made since your consultation ?
I will contact him soon. I will need a 24 hr urine test, can he order this for me? I may have the other blood test already, but I am certain I don’t have this one. Thanks again for your response, I really appreciate hearing from you on your consultation.

@izziesue Dr McCormick can not prescribe because he is a chiropractor, not an MD. I will have my primary care Dr do the tests.
I have added a variety of supplements to my diet to help with my osteoporosis battle. I also check my Ph levels to try and make my body less acidic. These changes are based on my particular tests and numbers.
