Elquis, same dose for six weeks, during which time I had random, joint/muscle pain and for me, I think Eliquis was the cause. but then it was the cause that my remaining blot clots disappeared. My guess is that some people are affected and others not. I am not elderly, I'm ancient and it is thought that perhaps because I'm hyper flexible it affected me more. Now off the medication for a month I am still having some problems with muscle pain, but little by little it's getting better. Still have a bit of nausea. I think it helps to know possible side effects and this is a great site to exchange information. Best and best of luck.
