@beverlylynn I have done very well with adding in 7% saline nebulizer. I started with 3% then asked my Mayo ID dr about a European study with 7% saline. Mayo Pulm prescribed it for me. 4 months of 2x per day airway clearance and my last sputum test came back negative for MAC. My sputum and bronc from May both had “few” MAC. I would take to your pulm about nebulizing saline before Aerobika. Huff coughing has actually does better for me than Aerobika.
