I take vitamin B 12 and take nerve flow which I got from Amazon.
I also got a tens unit for my feet, which I use on Monday W
ednesday, Fridays. It's called
Crelivr It's got foot pads with red white on it. And also, it has tens unit with pads on it for possibly helping your back pain.
It's not very heavy and it has a remote with it, so it's easy to operate and it also is very light.
I also cut back on my carbs. You mostly meat and vegetables. Some carbs sometime cause it's hard to give it up totally.
This process will take about 2 months. I also took gabapentin at night and that seemed to help a lot with no side effects.
Good luck.

Thank you for your ideas. I am on B complex and my daughter-in-law suggested a TENS unit and some other unit that should help. I like the idea of using the TENS on the back. Since I can't take the Rx for neuropathy because of terrible side effects I have to find something else. The L5 nerve damage bothers me the most about treatment. Will I ever find a surgeon who will operate or will they all send me away. All these new less invasive surgeries, and they don't want to do anything but throw a pill at me. I am going to get chronic pain mental health therapy to try to deal with that.
