Hello! I've recently been diagnosed with RP. I also have ankylosing spondylitis. I take Rinvoq for the AS and am on prednisone for the RP. PT is helping too. I'm 51.

@visionandbreath And how are you doing since you’ve gotten the new diagnosis? I get confused with all the pills I take! Do you have a special system to follow? You come across as very relaxed and ‘with it’! Are you? (This is not meant to be snarky. I have much respect for you and what you deal with.)
