@heart2025 Thank you for your comments. “Worry” was a poor word choice on my part, “concerned” would be more accurate. I am not the worrying type, and I spend my normal day focused on whatever activity I am involved in. Worry is a stressor none of us need.

Any person who can read about calcium scores and statistics would be worry or concerned ! Of course that is normal. I was healthy and happy in my 50s and then in 1 day my life changed. I was given nitro and put on 4 meds . I went to Cleveland Clinic to get all my questions answered . Then I did have to learn to live with this . It is scary that you can just drop no warning . In time I learned to stay in the day and try to enjoy it . I read about people who have been fine or lived after an event . When I travel I now have to bring all my meds no more jump up and go but I have also went to France England Scotland and many more which I may have not done . So it motivated me at the same time to enjoy the moments .
