@davederousseau Hang in there dude. It takes some time with some inconsistencies that get frustrating. Kegels DO help. I am two+ years post RARP and had leakage bad for first couple of months. About month 3 it started getting a little better and by the end of month 4 I was using light pads and by end of month 6 I was nearly dry all the time except for stress incontinence (sneezing, coughing, lifting etc). Now two years out, I still wear a light pad in the daytime, but most days stay completely dry. It is insurance and doesn’t bother me. I don’t use anything at night. Good luck, it is a journey.

hang in there it takes time
the research ( the 'good' research not commercial research for example the American Academy of Urology and NIH put an average of just under a year for most men following RARP. I am at month ten getting better very slowly with periods of regression
