Anyone had IsoPSA testing?

@ialogic really glad to hear this. My blood Iso PSA was 22.9, and everything I’ve read about that is concerning. Just had my MRI and will know the results next week.

A common threshold used in studies is an IsoPSA index greater than 6, which is associated with an increased risk of cancer.

Your high ISO PSA sort of says you should get a biopsy soon. Good to hear you got an MRI, Sounds like your doctors on it.

@stldadof4 Good luck & God's grace to you! This is the 1st I've ever even heard of IsoPSA, but then none of our Drs have offered much helpful info. Do we really have to wait till his PSA is greater than 4?! My husband's PSA went from 63 to 72 in 1 month early 2021 & they brought his PSA down to undetectable w/Lupron in less than 2mos. He has just begun an ADT Intermission w/every 3mo PSA! Wish us luck?!
