I had it done 8/20, L2-L5, Was depressing at 1st. (still kinda is) I did not start getting any relief until about week 5,
Now at 9 weeks my left leg has improved a lot, my right leg not so much, but it had been the worst/longest pain there. Starting PT now so hopefully that helps some.
I do ok during the day after getting loosened up. Mornings and evenings are miserable but I just keep moving.
I would do it again, I had gotton to the point of hardley being able to walk with a cane and having to sit after walking halfway through house.

Thank you. This is helpful. What I'm reading is there is a spectrum of recovery, and sometimes very slow results. My mom had it done in Sept. There was some relief, but she is still having back and leg pain and tingling in the feet. She started PT this week. Fingers crossed for more recovery. She is currently using a walker.
