I have had recurrent GB issues for years, and every time I have a scan and a functional test -it shows all normal. But that doesn't stop the pain from coming back over and over. I cannot convince my Dr. that I would be better off without the GB. I guess I'll have to wait until it is a middle-of-the-night emergency to be taken seriously. My little sister's GB was necrotic by the time it was removed.
