@vmeder you make an important point--thank you. Unfortunately I have two acquaintances with breast cancer who did no medical treatments. Both died quite quickly. I was diagnosed with breast cancer three years ago. I was already eating carefully, meditating, exercising daily, and more. These good habits have given me a much better quality of life before, during, and after treatment. But they did not prevent the cancer. I just continue because I feel better day to day when I do.
