Thanks to a very large stone that was found by my Gastro when I was having a lot of problems with running to the bathroom too often and urgently, they recommended I have my gallbladder removed. After it was out, I was told I could go back to eating normally, but in fact I have not been able to return to eating healthy foods like avocado, salmon, nuts because I instantly get terrible gas and get worsening of bathroom trip frequency with runs. I’ve tried taking bile salts with my 2oz piece of salmon, and I’m still not digesting well. Anyone else out there feeling hopeless and hardly able to eat anywhere besides home? I had suggested a year ago that maybe I have SIBO based on the long list of foods I can’t eat, but I was told it was probably my gallbladder… Thanks
