@jenniferhunter Yes! To all of the above! I couldn’t agree more! I have hEDs & I frequently have to do this, I will release pec minor, upper trap, nerve floss technique if appropriate at the time, then reactivate Serratus anterior, low trap & external & internal rotator cuff! Even with 10 years of corrective exercise experience, I still learn something new everyday with this disorder I deal with! Thankfully my joints still shift back for the most part, except for C5, I know one day I will have to do something about it, I just try to stay as strong as I can until then!
