Hi @lpockat - just wanted to let you know I moved your post here so you could chat with others already discussing microscopic colitis such as @rebe410 @jlmp @ferguson23 and others. Hoping they will have some ideas on taming the nausea.

Wow do I feel for you!
The only thing I can think of is peppermint. I have on hand peppermint capsules I take when I feel that way. I buy the soft gets from Doterra. But some friends prefer the peppermint tea.
