I am on bhrt and it has not had any effect on my arm bruising.

May I ask what you are taking? I have a estradiol and testosterone pellet inserted every 12 weeks, progesterone at night and vaginal estradiol cream about 2x a week.
@aethos try SupreH Bee Venum cream. I use it and it really works. I have 3 friends who used it with great success. Available on their website or Amazon
