2025 Fall Booster: Get it or not?

@pdoubrava I don't doubt the science and what you say is all well and good except for one caveat: I assume you personally have not experienced a set back of symptoms while trying to recover from Long COVID after taking the booster. I experienced a set back after my Oct 2023 booster from which I am still recovering. As the proverb goes, "What's good for the goose may not be good for the gander." I do believe you are correct in assuming science will eventually figure out how to curb the mRNA booster set back phenomenon for Long COVID sufferers but until it does, we are left between a rock and a hard place. It is difficult for people who believe in the science to accept unless they have experienced it. And it is only in the last year or so that science has acknowledged the set back phenomenon.

Hi there, appreciate your candor and I am in your camp. I endured five years of Long Covid and most of my symptoms are still with me. I won't be doing a Flu shot as I sincerely don't want any other complications. Cheers
