How does everyone cope on a daily basis??

Some days the pain is so bad I want to cut off my feet and hands. Sometimes I cry, sometimes I deal, sometimes I wish I wasn't here anymore so I wouldn't have to deal. I've tried meditation, Qigong, feet exercises, nothing ever works or even lessens the pain. I pray, but I don't God is listening anymore. I'm just curious what you all do to cope if/when you have days when you feel this way? Sorry to be a downer. Thanks for listening.

I installed a steam spa system in my shower. Smallest one I could find. I use a body temp setting of 98-99 almost every night just before bed for 10-15 minutes. I also use the time for a sweat lodge type of meditation. The spa provides something like a whole body temperature reset for about 30 minutes. The pain comes back but at first it is a dull pain. I usually get to sleep before the pain comes back. 3-4 hours of this type of sleep is great for me, but then the pain usually wakes me up.
