She passed last Friday. My heart is broken and missing her but I am thankful that her battle is over and she is no
longer in pain.

@jlsdaughter , I am so very sorry for your loss. Deepest sympathy to you and your family. Knowing her pain is gone and she is at peace is something to be grateful for.

@jlsdaughter To my mind, there's no loss like the loss of a mother. I lost my own Mom too soon, 25 years ago. Today, as a 74 yo woman, her absence on a day-to-day basis is not easy, but it has gotten easier. She is never far from my heart. Peace to you and your family in bearing this burden.
