@mayblin Is OC Osteocalcin? Why do you prefer this graph over the one showing CTX and P1NP? What is the source of these graphs.

If these graphs are correct, I need to re-think what I thought I understood about osteroporosis.

Yes, OC is osteocalcin. I’m posting the bone marker changes during alendronate therapy here again, side by side for easy comparison. The right side shows resorption markers CTX (orange line) and NTX, while the left side shows bone formation markers BSAP, OC, and P1NP (cobalt blue line). Click the graphs for the full legend.
