Non-drug tips on reducing anxiety

These are all good suggestions and healthy! When I get anxious, I pray. It relaxes me. I'm mostly anxious when I have to drive the car. I just say, "God, please be with me." and he always is. I also try and drive in the morning when traffic is lighter. That helps. When I'm finally home in my own driveway and turn the car off, I say a thank you prayer.

When we GIVE
our anxiety
TO
Him
And
We have surrendered it
TO HIM,
HE TAKES OVER. 🙌
The “feelings” have been turned
Into
FAITH.
Rejoicing WITH you, Sister!
God id MIGHTY.
Jesus is INSIDE us
and oALWAYS
WITH
us.
When we unleash our Faith
IN Him
HE handles the enemy of
anxiety.
Thats His promise for us to believe
When the fiery darts are coming our way.
JESUS already took the brunt on the cross.
We need to remember
HE
Disarmed them.
Victory is
IN
HIM.
Glory
To Him!

You have a powerful testimony.
To him who has ears,
let him hear.
