Alone and others care. Even a surgeon told me just to take tramadol. Forever fighting to stay positive and lucky to have your support . 🌻

@willow80 your welcome. I was asked by my Dr. if I needed pain med's and I said NO, I do not want to be on pain med's the rest of my life. I also, have to work, drive and function.
But, Tramadol was the only one I could take temporarily.
The teas were my go-to.
