@mic0007 I’ve tried the nicotine patch and unfortunately didn’t see a difference. They actually gave me headaches after awhile.

@jostrowski74 I see. I am new with these and don’t have great expertise. If I come across to any info I’ll write back. I can only wear them on the bottom of foot and the smallest dose.
