Hello, @wenner
That's really alarming! Overnight, you say, from the ability to walk ("sort of," as you say) to being "unable to even stand up"?
Your post has left me really shaken. Is there any chance, considering the speed with which this radical change took place (8 hours, or even fewer?), that the cause is actually unrelated to your neuropathy? Is it even possible?
I'm not a doctor or any sort of clinician, but what happened to you has me scratching my head. I'm wondering: "sudden change" + "possibly unrelated to neuropathy" –> might that suggest the possibility of an equally rapid recovery, if only the right test were administered that would identify an undeniable––and reversible––cause?
Keep us posted, @wenner, please!

@ray666 Hi Ray, a female dramatising I fear. I am a mad keen gardener and now have to have all paths widen for the wheelchairs. Thus there is a lot of rocks etc to be moved. That's what I was up to and by the 3rd day my body said "that's enough I need a break". I'm sure it's just my stupidity and all will get back to neuropathy normal with a bit of rest. Thanks for the concern, sorry I confused you but I wasn't about to confess what I was up to. Cheers @wenner
