Hi everyone,

I’ve been living with persistent, 24/7 dizziness for the past four years. It started subtly after a work trip to the USA in June 2022, and escalated dramatically during a second, longer stay from November 2022 to March 2023. About eight months before the first trip, I received two Pfizer COVID vaccine doses (no boosters). I’m not claiming causation—just sharing the timeline in case it resonates with others.

The dizziness is constant but becomes significantly more noticeable when I’m at home. While working—especially in high-focus environments like my studio—I don’t perceive it at all. It’s as if my brain overrides the sensation during deep engagement, but the moment I decompress, it returns.

I’ve tried various medications:

• Cindrid 25mg (Cinnarizine) helped initially, then lost effectiveness.
• Atenolol 100mg buffers my cardiovascular system well.
• Montelukast (Maclutek 10mg) helps with allergic symptoms.
• Magnesium glycinate supports vagal tone and calms things slightly.

I’ve also tracked my BP/HR arcs and noticed strong parasympathetic tone, occasional vagal surges, and mild nausea episodes. No clear vestibular damage, no hypotension, no bradycardia—just this persistent, destabilizing dizziness.

I miss my life before this. I’ve stayed functional, creative, and emotionally present, but I’d love to hear from anyone who’s experienced something similar. Whether it’s post-vaccine, post-travel, autonomic, vestibular, or something else entirely—any insights, protocols, or shared patterns would mean a lot.

Thanks for reading,
Werner

@wbeukes hi there. I have written my story of vaccine injury on here. I was healthy up until 4 days after getting the first Pfizer shot I became dizzy/vertigo with blurred vision and a headache. Lost vision in my left eye for a short time. I was so dizzy I had to hold onto my husband to walk. I also immediately developed rash, extreme fatigue, difficulty talking, concentrating, I couldn’t work. Daily crashes with internal tremors and tinnitus. I have never been able to go for walks for long because the dizziness sets in immediately. I used to have a terrible time in grocery stores. I was dx with vestibular migraine and PPPD…but the physio for this did nothing for me. I knew they were missing the mark. Knew the doctors had no clue what was happening to me. I have been searching for answers and knew this sudden illness and dizziness was going to cause me harm long term. I was eventually dx with chronic fatigue syndrome with MCAS and POTS. I kept pushing for answers as new symptoms would develop and as of January I’ve been dx with Lupus SLE and possibly Sjogren’s. I know the vaccines triggered my illness and I know that COVID itself has caused Long Covid in others which I believe is the same Illness/same pathophysiology. I believe in your case the vaccine triggered this. Although I warned my parents to stop getting the Covid vaccine they continued getting the boosters despite seeing me become so obviously sick from them. They believe the doctors (which I did too) and now my 83 year old mom has the same dizziness and she’s struggling with it constantly. I would say I. The last year my dizziness has improved but I still struggle going for a walk which I avoid. Which is sad as I always enjoyed walking. I would avoid the vaccine and try not to get Covid. Also, maybe try a ganglion block injection in the neck. I have an internal tremor and it’s supposed to help with that too. My friend who had the same issue has had a few treatments of ganglion block and she said the internal tremors are basically gone. I am going to try it too. It might help with the dizziness. Good luck and trust me….your not alone in this 👌

@wbeukes same here after the 2nd Covid vaccine from Pfizer.
Immediately had issues walking especially on left side. Constantly worse after 4’years. No doctor has an answer as to what happened or why. Lots of guesses. Quality of life after vaccine has dropped dramatically. Maybe safe for others but not here. After 2nd shot no boosters or anything. Taken and won’t take any covid shots.
