It’s really difficult to figure out how it works. I have Medicare advantage ppo Aetna and after my doctor send the order for brinsupri it was approved but my health insurance sent me a letter that the medication is not on the formulary. I pay $5o copayment every month.

I think for some folks a $50 co-pay would be considered a win compared with the full cost.
I'm early in my journey - I don't believe my history right now would lead my Pulmanologist to prescribe the drug (and I don't really want to ever need it) so I'm not going to sweat the part D Insurance coverage for next year but will definitely keep an eye on it and thank all of you for the solid research.
