I am watching an interesting interview on You Tube. You cannot post links here so search Mel Robbins for interview. I think diet for health is best but not sure there is "one" for breast cancer but might as well give it a try.
I am just getting started revising my diet. I can do better that in the past.

@newtosc I too listened to that fantastic interview with Dr. M. from the Mayo Clinic. I love how she talks about her story fighting cancer. She points out that 95 % of her cancer patients are fiber deficient. She also mentioned that having your daily recommended fiber in take can reduce cancer occurrence by 25%.
